Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note, in gemstone jewellery, that colors and patterns may vary due to the individual fingerprint of each gemstone.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, then please return your jewellery within 14 days, In its original condition.
To ensure safe return, please ensure that you wrap them in bubble wrap carefully, with your delivery note or invoice.
Please return them via your local post office. Simply obtain a FREE certificate of posting from the post office as proof of posting.
When I receive your returns in good condition, I will refund the purchase price.
The delivery charge is non refundable!

Please note I am only able to accept return of items that have not been worn, altered or used, and In the interest of hygiene and to comply with current EU Hygiene regulations, earrings are non returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to order additional items at the same time as your returns, then they will be treated as a new order.
