What is a bespoke service I here you say, Well, it is where I make a piece of jewellery just for you and to your own specifications.

In you email I will need a brief run down of what it is you are looking for and your full contact details.
If you could also provide me with the following details in your email;
- Your name, address, phone no. and email address.
- Who it is for e.g; yourself or as a gift.
- If they are male or female.
- If you or the person you are buying the gift for is allergic to any metals e.g; Nickel or Copper.
- How much you wish to spend
- Do you need it gift boxed.
- If it is for a special occasion e.g; A wedding or party.
- When you need it for.
- What colour scheme you are looking for, e.g; your favorite colour or to go with a particular outfit or occasion.
If you could also let me know the best time to contact you so I can discuss your requirements with you.
There is also a non refundable deposit required. See below;
- For bracelets the minimum deposit is £5.00
- For necklaces the minimum deposit is £10.00
- For earrings the minimum deposit is £5.00
- For sets the minimum deposit is £15
If you are ordering more than 1 item and it is not
a set then the minimum deposit I will take is £15.
The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price, and you will only
have the balance to pay prior to me dispatching the goods.
If you have provided me with your email address, I will email you a picture of the finished product 48 hours before dispatch unless your tell me not to. If at the time you receive your email it is not what we discussed then we still have time to change it before I dispatch it to you.
I am unable to accept returns of bespoke items!
This does not affect your statutory rights.
